Context
A non-banking financial institution doesn't have "a headquarters" — it has a branch network that opens, moves, reorganises. Patrimony circulates between locations along with staff moves. The central bank and internal audit require full traceability over every item.
What we delivered
Rosistem Assets treats the branch network as a single system. Each branch has its own inventory, but movements between locations (IT equipment transfers, furniture relocations) are logged with their full history. At central level, leadership has full visibility, and internal audit receives reports in under an hour.
